I am two months into training with AJ. I was super impressed by her approach to the program (detailed info presentation) and felt very confident in signing up for 6 months with her. So far I have seen changes in my weight and measurements and I can tell my body is becoming stronger. This is exactly what I needed post baby - and I can’t wait to see the results another 4 months from now!​
